Michelle Roback Kraynak

Michelle Roback Kraynak is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy law and litigation. Since September 2015, Michelle has held the position of VP, Chief Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Voya Financial, previously serving as AVP, Senior Counsel, and Deputy Chief Privacy Officer. Prior to this, Michelle was Counsel at Schreeder, Wheeler & Flint, LLP from May 2006 to September 2015, focusing on complex commercial litigation across various practice areas. Michelle began a legal career as an Associate at Goldner, Sommers, Scrudder & Bass, LLP, where participation in trials occurred. Earlier roles include a position as Diplomat Assistant at the Embassy of Japan and teaching English and American Culture at Kwansei Gakuin Senior High School. Michelle earned a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
