Ragupathi Anandhan

Ragupathi Anandhan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Operation Engineer at Michaels Stores since July 2024, Ragupathi has also been a Java Lead Developer/Architect at Voya Financial since June 2021, contributing to the Voya PayCloud project by designing solutions for a financial web application accommodating over 1000 sponsors. Previously, Ragupathi held the position of Technical Lead at L&T Technology Services from November 2007 to June 2021, where significant accomplishments included designing and implementing AWS-based solutions for Inflight Entertainment systems. Early in career as a Software Designer at Flex from October 2004 to October 2007, Ragupathi laid a strong foundation in software engineering after earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from V.L.B. Jhankiamammal College of Engineering and Technology, India, in April 2004.
