Andrew Jang

Andrew Jang has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries. Andrew has worked as a Vice President, Business Manager at Voya Investment Management, where they were responsible for overseeing business activities for a 30-person investment platform. Andrew also spearheaded strategic growth initiatives and implemented Robotic Process Automation to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Voya Financial, where they implemented the Six Sigma Continuous Improvement management system and led initiatives for process improvement. Andrew also has experience in operational risk management at Voya Investment Management and in exotic derivatives financing trade support and quality control at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at Mastercard as a Senior Analyst in Customer Risk Management, where they managed credit risk exposure and conducted risk analyses on financial institutions worldwide.
