Orit Mihaeli

Orit Mihaeli has extensive experience in investment management, with a focus on ESG strategies. Orit currently serves as the Head of Investment Business Management and ESG Strategy at Voya Investment Management, where they lead the implementation of ESG within the investment process and oversees business initiatives in fixed income. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Manager, Fixed Income at the same company, where they led change in technology, data, and products, and managed P&L across business lines.

Before joining Voya, Orit held positions at Mesirow Financial as a Vice President in the Investment Strategies Group, providing asset allocation strategies to various financial institutions. Orit also served as a Senior Product Manager at Holland Capital Management LLC, where they developed strategic product roadmaps for domestic equity products. Additionally, they worked at Invesco US as a Product Manager, leading the implementation of the municipal brand platform, and at MetLife as a Portfolio Analyst, conducting due diligence and portfolio analysis for institutional clients.

Orit began their career at Fiduciary Trust Company International as an Investment Analyst, where they built relationships with high net worth clients and provided customized portfolio solutions. Orit also conducted onsite due diligence meetings and monitored a $4 billion wealth management platform.

Throughout their career, Orit has demonstrated expertise in ESG strategies, asset allocation, product development, and portfolio analysis.

Orit Mihaeli holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Rutgers University - Newark.
