Rick Aiello

Rick Aiello has extensive experience in the investment management industry, with their most recent role as Senior Vice President Operations at Voya Investment Management since 2015. In this role, they led the implementation of new funds, products, and asset types, collaborating with internal and external partners to develop scalable operational solutions. Rick also managed a two-year outsourcing transition and oversaw all internal, external, and regulatory examinations. Prior to this, Rick worked as a Director at Babson Capital Management, where they played a strategic role in implementing new funds and establishing working relationships with various stakeholders. Rick also served as a Director at The Hartford, leading a team responsible for mutual fund accounting and reporting. Before that, they held positions at Aeltus Investment Management and Phoenix Home Life, gaining experience in mutual fund accounting and securities accounting, respectively.

Rick Aiello earned their Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Assumption University, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992.
