Daniel Ikin

Daniel Ikin has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Business Partner for Change and Operations at Voyage Care Ltd since May 2016. Daniel held various progressive HR roles at Voyage Care, including Senior HR Change and Projects Advisor and HR Operations Team Leader. Prior to this, Daniel accumulated valuable experience at Interserve from August 2013 to May 2016, where roles included HR Compliance Team Leader and HR Customer Services Advisor. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Criminal Investigations from Birmingham City University, focusing on law, criminology, psychology, criminal justice, and policing.
