Curtis Luckett is an accomplished food science professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Research Integration at Voyage Foods since February 2024, Curtis previously held positions such as Head of Food Science at SCiFi Foods, Division Lead of Sensomics at New Age Meats, and Assistant Professor and Director of the Center for Sensory Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additional experience includes work as a Sensory Scientist at Mérieux NutriSciences and as a Quality Chemist at Cargill. Curtis earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition from Oklahoma State University.
