Meredith (Myers) Geraghty currently serves as Project Lead for Cocoa-Free Chocolate at Voyage Foods since August 2024. Prior to this role, Meredith held the position of Senior Scientist I & Team Lead for Shelf-Stable Foods R&D at Mori, where responsibilities included leading technical and business development for a novel silk protein ingredient and overseeing a team of four in new product development. Previous experience includes positions at Ocean Spray Cranberries as a Senior Product Development Scientist, focusing on large-scale commercialization of several product platforms, and roles at The Ohio State University, including Graduate Research Assistant and Undergraduate Researcher. Meredith holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University.
