Eden Stone

Eden Stone has a diverse work experience beginning in 2014 as a Technical Support Specialist for a Confidential company. Here, they dedicated server management and maintenance, operations and system monitoring, and code&run maintenance scripts. In 2016, they worked as an Intelligence Combat for the Israel Defense Forces. In 2018, they worked as a Surveillance Agent for Brink's Inc. In 2019, they worked as a Bodyguard for the European Union Delegation to the United Nations. In 2020, they worked as a NOC Specialist for the Israeli Ministry of Defense, executing daily NOC operations, escalations, ticketing, and communications with users. Currently, they are a Technical Support Engineer and NOC Engineer at Voyager Labs, providing first-level support to global customers and assisting with all technical and product-related queries.

Eden Stone is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, which they expect to complete in 2024. In February 2021, they obtained the certification of Linux Mastery: Master the Linux Command Line from Udemy.
