Michael Bowker has over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. In 2020, they began working as the Vice President of Business Development for Voyager Space Holdings, Inc. michael is responsible for driving the profitable growth of the company and its portfolio companies in targeted markets. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Business Development and Operations for Altius Space Machines, Inc. from 2019. From 2013 to 2018, they were the CEO of United States Propulsion Group. From 2007 to 2013, they were the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at SPACEHAB, Inc., where they were instrumental in the company's turnaround and restructuring. From 1998 to 2007, they were the CEO and President of EADS - Astrium North America, Inc., where they were recruited from SPACEHAB, Inc. by EADS Senior Management. From 2008 to present, they have also been the Principal of Bowker Consulting LLC, where they provide strategic business development, market analysis and negotiating strategy support to clients.

Michael Bowker attended Florida Institute of Technology from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering.
