Lab Ops / Facility Manager Contract Through BLS at Voyager Therapeutics

Steven Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steven began their career in 2001 at Saratoga Forwarding, where they worked as an Air Export Specialist and Ocean Export Automobile Program Manager until 2007. Steven then joined Agility Logistics as a Night Export Supervisor and CCSF/TSA Head Primary, holding the position until 2010.

In 2012, Steven became an Air Export Manager at Interport Freight/N.E SAFE, a company that is no longer in operation due to the owner's retirement. Steven continued in this role until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Steven worked as an Operations Supervisor at MOL Logistics. In 2021, they transitioned to Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. and Boston Lab Services, taking on the roles of Lab Ops/Facility Manager and Lab/Facilities Manager respectively. The duration of these roles is ongoing.

Steven Wilson received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Marketing from UMass Boston, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Steven also obtained certificates in International Relations and Affairs from IATA Training. In terms of additional certifications, Steven obtained various certifications such as Critical Facility: Critical Infrastructure, Electrical Fundamentals, Facilities Management, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 - Laboratory Management Systems, Industrial Engineering - Control Valve Basics, HAZWOPER 8 Hour Annual Refresher, IMDG - International Maritime Dangerous Goods Certified, 40 HOUR HAZWOPER - 29 CFR 1910.120 (OSHA HAZWOPER Regulations), RCRA Life Science 310 CMR 30, IATA Radioactive by air, and IATA Dangerous goods by Air. Some of these certifications were obtained recently, such as in 2022 and 2023, while others were obtained in 2016 and 2021. Additionally, they also hold a certification in International Letter of Credit from BankBoston.
