Steffan Kilmer

Steffan Kilmer is the current VP of Sales at Voyansi. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sales US at SHE Software from April 2018 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's EHS software, Assure. Through this software, employees and contractors could easily track, report, view and complete EHS information in real-time, 24/7, on-site or off-site. This enabled employers to keep tabs on any unsafe issues that arose at work, allowing them to nip them in the proverbial bud before someone is hurt.

From January 2016 to June 2016, Steffan was the Director of International Development at Source Intelligence. In this role, they managed the global sales initiative as well as specific industry sectors for the Enviance platform. Steffan also controlled the process with new potential clients through a unique complex sales cycle to win their business. Additionally, they worked directly with current enterprise accounts to uncover opportunities for growth within their organization and created and maintained partner relationships for a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Steffan has over 10 years of experience in sales and management roles. Steffan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Steffan Kilmer received a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Albany, SUNY in Steffan'story and English. Steffan also received a High School Diploma from Alhambra high school.
