Nathan Croxford

Nathan Croxford is an accomplished attorney and owner of Voyant Legal PLLC, where expertise spans estate planning, child protection planning, guardianship and conservatorship, trust administration, probate, business planning, and business succession planning since July 2014. Prior to this, Nathan served as an attorney and partner at Lewis | Hansen, focusing on estate planning, guardianship, business planning, and commercial litigation from June 2007 to June 2014. Early legal career experience includes positions at Berrett & Taylor and Snell & Wilmer, specializing in insurance defense and medical malpractice defense, respectively. Nathan began legal training as a law clerk for Judge Judith M. Billings at the Utah Court of Appeals. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a French minor from Weber State University, graduating summa cum laude.
