Colleen Rogers

Colleen Rogers is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Product at Voyatek since May 2023, Colleen previously held the position of VP of Technology at OceanX, LLC from October 2018 to May 2023, where key accomplishments included orchestrating technology operations for a global 3PL logistics firm and championing strategic investments. Colleen also directed technology alignment and optimization projects at OceanX and drove revenue growth in public sector consulting as a Director at Sierra-Cedar from 2014 to 2018, where noteworthy achievements involved significant cost savings through cloud migration for the LA Superior Court. Colleen began career in technology as a Systems Analyst and Developer for the City of Edmonton and has since taken on various roles, including Project Manager and Consultant at Sierra Systems. Colleen holds a degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
