Xi Yang has a diverse range of work experience. In 2017, they worked as an Exhibition Content Researcher and Curator Assistant at the Beijing Capital Museum, where they conducted research for exhibition content and assisted in creating visitor-friendly text materials. In 2018, Xi Yang interned as a Public Project Manager at UCCA. In 2020, they served as a Digital Resource Manager at Leventis Gallery, University College London, and as a Student Researcher at the STEM informal education consortium, focusing on museum education during the pandemic. They also worked as a Student Researcher at the Science Museum Group. From 2021 to 2022, Xi Yang worked as a Strategy Consultant and User Researcher at ByteDance, primarily supporting the TikTok product. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, Xi Yang studied Public Administration at Nanjing University, earning a Bachelor's degree.
