Jessica Surber

Jessica Surber has a diverse range of experience in the human capital consulting industry. Jessica started their career at Hewitt Associates, where they worked as a Managing Consultant from September 1999 to June 2003. Jessica then moved on to become the Enterprise National Sales Manager at Hewitt Associates from June 2003 to May 2005. Jessica later joined Capital H Group as a Sales Leader for the Southwest region from May 2005 to January 2008. Currently, they hold the position of President at Voyig, LLC, a human capital consulting firm specializing in recruiting, talent development, and talent management solutions. Jessica has been with Voyig since January 2007.

Jessica Surber has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. Jessica also holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
