Zaid Manzoor

Zaid Manzoor began their career in 2009 as an Electronic / Hardware Technician Manager at Celltel Wireless Inc. In 2014, they became a Solar PV Test Engineer at Redfort Technologies. In 2017, they moved to Caterpillar Inc. as a System Engineer. Since 2016, they have been the Lead Automotive Data Engineer at VOYOMOTIVE, where they acquire and analyzes data from vehicle sensors and In-Vehicle networks on CAN-bus and other legacy protocols such as ISO, KWP, VPW. Zaid also monitors CAN traffic using CANoe/CANalyzer/Eco-Gear and collects various data point to decode State/Value parameters such as Steering Wheel Angle, Brake Pedal, Horn, Alarm etc. Additionally, they request proprietary data from On-board diagnostics (OBD II) and Standard Parameter ID (PID) defined by SAE J1979.

Zaid Manzoor completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Ontario Tech University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Automotive from Georgian College in 2009.
