Nilay Özuyar

Nilay Özuyar has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nilay is currently working as an HR Manager at Voys since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Getir as a People Business Partner in the Technology department from August 2021 to May 2022. Nilay also held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Getir from May 2021 to August 2021. Before joining Getir, Nilay worked at adesso Turkey as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from January 2021 to May 2021. Nilay was responsible for liaising with internal departments and clients for outsourcing needs, sourcing potential candidates, evaluating applications, screening candidates, and facilitating pre-interview assessments. In their early career, Nilay worked at SmartMessage as a People & Corporate Culture Specialist from October 2019 to January 2021. Nilay oversaw all HR needs for 80-employee operations across multiple locations, maintained optimal staffing levels, and coordinated the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs. Nilay also gained internship experience at Yuksel Holding A.S. as a Human Resources Intern in 2016 and at TEPAV | Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey as an Intern in 2015.

Nilay Özuyar graduated from Bilkent University in 2017 with a degree in International Relations. Nilay then pursued a Master's degree in European Studies at Europa-Universität Flensburg from 2017 to 2018. In addition, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tilburg University in 2016, specializing in an unspecified field of study.
