Marcel Tschanz possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the finance sector. As Group Head People & Culture and Chief Transformation Officer at VP Bank AG from December 2021 to September 2023, Marcel Tschanz was instrumental in advancing the bank's transformation towards becoming an Open Wealth Service Pioneer. Following this, Marcel Tschanz took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at VP Bank (BVI) Ltd, emphasizing personalized Private Banking and Wealth Management.
