Steven P. Taylor

Steven P. Taylor is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Principal Development Engineer and Acting Development Manager at Vp plc since March 2021. Prior to this role, Steven worked as Project Manager for the Environment Agency, overseeing the £7.7 million Clementhorpe Flood Alleviation Scheme in York. Steven began with Vp plc in August 2014 as a Junior Civil Engineer in the Groundforce Shoring department and progressed to Senior Design Engineer and later Technical Services Engineer. Educational qualifications include a First-Class MEng in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Leeds and a BSc in Anatomy and Human Biology from the University of Liverpool. Additional experience encompasses roles in retail, marketing, export management, and teaching English to international students.
