Krystal Lindsey, JD, currently serves as a Sr. Management Analyst at VPD Government Solutions since April 2023. Prior to this role, Krystal Lindsey held the position of Management Specialist at Western Kentucky University from January 2011 to April 2023, focusing on the design and delivery of professional development training for Head Start and Early Childhood Education programs across 32 states and the District of Columbia.
