Sherri Petro

Sherri Petro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, consulting, and education. As the Owner of VPI Strategies since July 2000, Sherri has focused on leveraging generational strengths to enhance productivity within organizations. In a prior role as Director of Human Resources at BSK Associates Engineers & Laboratories, Sherri led comprehensive talent management strategies and collaborated with executive leaders to improve employee engagement. Sherri has also served as an MBA instructor at California Miramar University, recognized as the Distinguished Teacher of the Year in 2010. With an MBA in Strategic Planning from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Psychology from Youngstown State University, Sherri has a robust foundation in business and human behavior.
