Avi D. Hopkins

Avi D. Hopkins is a seasoned consultant currently affiliated with The Spark Mill since May 2022. As the owner of Fresh Start Pros since October 2016, Avi has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Additional roles include serving as a Culture Contributor for VPM’s Legacy List with Matt Paxton and holding a gubernatorial appointment on the Commission on Youth in Virginia. Previous experience encompasses leadership positions at WayForth, where responsibilities included Director of People Development, Market Manager, and VP of Operations, as well as a significant tenure as CEO/President at U-TURN Sports Performance Academy from August 2006 to July 2015. Avi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the Virginia Military Institute, completed in 1998.
