Keyris Manzanares

Keyris Manzanares is a multimedia reporter at VPM, specializing in developing, reporting, and producing innovative stories for a multi-platform news magazine program that focuses on Virginia's news, politics, and cultural events. Responsibilities include collaborating with producers, cultivating sources, researching and reporting stories, and engaging with the community through various platforms. Previous experience includes working as a bilingual digital content producer and reporter at Nexstar Media Group, producing content for WRIC, and serving as a sports journalist for The Commonwealth Times. Keyris holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism from Virginia Commonwealth University, where participation in award-winning research projects further honed reporting skills.
