Kristin Leadbetter-Garcia

Kristin Leadbetter-Garcia is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in the parking industry. Currently serving as the Director at VPNE Parking Solutions since August 2012, Kristin has held multiple roles including Associate Director of Operations and Operations - Client Strategies Manager, focusing on operational analysis and business project transitions. Prior to this, Kristin spent over eight years at Central Parking System as a Financial Analyst, where responsibilities included variance reporting, budgeting for a region generating over $109M annually, and overseeing accounting setups for new locations. Additionally, early career experience included a Financial Analyst Intern position at MAC Systems, Inc., where Kristin managed sales commissions and conducted contract cost analysis. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts in 2003.
