Previously, as a Credit Control professional, Dil engaged in thorough invoice matching and discrepancy resolution. Experience at Ladbrokes included delivering high-quality customer service and managing customer queries, while a role as Box Office Supervisor at Winter Wonderland involved overseeing a large team and ensuring staff welfare. Dil also contributed as a Technology Operations Centre Specialist during the London 2012 Olympics, providing critical support to athletes and event officials.
