VRIFY is looking for an experienced Creative Director to join our growing Marketing team and become our brand guardian.
For the past five years VRIFY’s primary business has been creating interactive 3D presentations for mineral exploration and mining companies so they can better communicate to their investors and stakeholders the true value of their results. In 2023 we were able to execute on a long drawn up plan to develop and deploy an AI model to help companies identify where they should test next to discover additional minerals. This represents a transformational shift in how exploration has historically been conducted, and overnight we’ve transitioned from someone that helps a company communicate its value to a solution that can fundamentally change the value of your business.Our ARR is currently increasing by more than $1mm a month as a result of organic adoption of our AI targeting product and we want to ensure our company, brand and everything we do helps this growth continue.
This role demands a visionary leader responsible for driving and delivering the creative strategy behind our brand and marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of brand development and innovative design principles to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement with our target audience. The Creative Director will be the guardian of VRIFY’s brand usage and will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create compelling and cohesive visual and narrative content that resonates with our clients and stakeholders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Vision
Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and brand vision.
Oversee the creation of a consistent and cohesive brand identity, ensuring all AI and Visualization decks, marketing materials and communications reflect the brand’s values and positioning.
Content Development
Drive the creation of engaging content, including website design, email marketing, social media visuals, video production, and sales collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that supports lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness efforts.
Ensure all content is on-brand, visually appealing, and effectively communicates key messages.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including content and education specialists.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.
Manage the recruitment, development, and performance of the creative team, providing mentorship and guidance.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships
Work closely with the Sales, AI / MT, Product / Engineering, and Client Delivery teams to understand product features, customer needs, and market trends.
Partner with internal resources, external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to manage projects and expand creative capabilities.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align creative efforts with overall marketing and business strategies.
Project Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain a project management system to track progress, manage resources, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Evaluate and improve processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the creative team.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI design, and content marketing best practices.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with AI and technology solutions within the mining industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
