Anne Gardner

Anne Gardner, MBA, is an expert in Organizational Leadership with 25 years of association management experience and 14 years in chief executive roles for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Currently, Anne serves as Executive Director for the Vacation Rental Management Association, where they support a global community of vacation rental professionals. In their previous positions, Anne was the Chief Executive Officer for the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS and Cape Fear REALTORS®, among others. Anne holds multiple industry certifications, including the Certified Association Executive, and earned an MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
