Raphaella Jorge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Raphaella started their career as a Hotel Receptionist at TRAINHOSTEL in 2015. After that, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Sitel from January 2017 to August 2017. Following that, Raphaella joined Garden rooftop by Imperium as a Receptionist from September 2017 to December 2017. Raphaella then joined Uber, where they held roles as a CSR and Trainer from December 2017 to December 2018, and as a Learning and Development Specialist from December 2018 to December 2019. In 2020, Raphaella transitioned to Takeaway.com, where they served as a Career Support for Sales Operations/Administration from February 2020 to September 2022. Currently, they are working at Vroomly as a Customer Success Manager, starting in September 2022.

Raphaella Jorge completed their education in Tourism and Travel Services Management with a Bachelor's degree from the Royal Jean Absil Atheneum. Prior to that, they briefly attended the Institut Charles Péguys for hotel management studies in the year 2015.
