Riva RAYMOND

Riva Raymond has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2017, they worked as an Account Relationship Manager at Le Groupe La Poste, where they managed client banking accounts and sold La Poste products and financial services. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Conseillère ventes at Lagardère Travel Retail. In 2019, they worked as a Telephone Interviewer at LE TERRAIN. From 2020 to 2021, Riva returned to Le Groupe La Poste as an Account Relationship Manager. Riva then joined Vertical M2M in 2021 as a Business Developper, focusing on the CommonSense IoT platform. In 2021, they also worked as a Game Master at ClueZ Paris. In 2022, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at SKEEPERS and then moved on to Oneflow. In 2022, they also started working as a Customer Care representative at Vroomly.

Riva RAYMOND began their education at Lycée Rémi Belleau in 2014, where they pursued a Baccalaureat degree in Economy and Social, graduating in 2015. Riva then attended ICD Business School from 2015 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sell and Marketing Operation. Riva continued their studies at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) from 2016 to 2019, completing a Bachelor's degree in Law, Economy, and Management, specializing in Administration and International Exchanges with a focus on Chinese.

In 2019, Riva enrolled at UPEC again and pursued a Master 1 degree in Management and International Trade, with a specialization in Latin America. Riva completed this program in 2021. Following that, from 2020 to 2023, Riva attended Euridis Business School, earning a Master's degree in Business Development in IT.

In 2023, they furthered their education by completing a bootcamp program at Kare School, focusing on Customer Success Management, Customer Care, and Account Management courses. Additionally, they underwent training at StaffMe Academy the same year to enhance their skills in creating a website.
