Mitchel Szazynski

Mitchel Szazynski started their work experience as an Electrical and Software Engineering Intern at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in 2015. Mitchel developed C algorithms in an embedded environment and designed prototype circuit boards for testing.

In 2016, they worked as an Electromagnetics Recitation Leader at IUPUI.

From 2015 to 2016, they had two roles as an RF Electromagnetics Intern and Hardware Intern at Technicolor. Mitchel processed test data, assisted with hardware debugging, and conducted EMI testing for set-top boxes.

In 2016, they became the CEO and Engineer at First Consul Enterprises.

From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Bastian Solutions as a Lead R&D Engineer and Robotics Engineer II. Mitchel designed power electronics for high voltage power supplies and embedded systems PCBs.

In 2020, they started working as the CEO and Author at First Consul Press.

Starting in 2021, they held the positions of Lead Electrical Engineer at Sonablate Corp and Chief Engineer at Virtus Solis Technologies.

Mitchel Szazynski earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 2015-2017. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at IUPUI from 2017 to 2018. During this time, they also obtained a certification in the CST Microwave Studio Training Course from Dassault Systèmes in July 2017. In 2019, Mitchel obtained a Management Essentials Certificate from Harvard Business School.
