Rearabilwe Kotu

Rearabilwe Kotu is an experienced Junior Engineer at Denel Land Systems, a position held since June 2017. Prior to this role, Rearabilwe completed an internship at Nestlé from April 2016 to May 2017, where responsibilities included identifying and prioritizing activities for asset intensity targets and coaching effective problem-solving techniques. Earlier experience as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Gunnebo South Africa from February 2014 to April 2015 involved reducing idle time and improving productivity through the implementation of a kanban system, along with generating monthly reports on paint results. Rearabilwe Kotu holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, completed between 2015 and 2016.
