Kayden Sparks

Kayden Sparks has a diverse work experience in project management and advertising. They started their career as a Sales and Leasing Agent at Modern Real Estate in 2013. They then worked as a Project Management Intern and later as a Junior Project Manager at Crispin Porter + Bogusky in 2015. In 2016, they joined Havas Worldwide as a Project Manager and continued in that role until 2018. In 2018, they joined Mekanism as a Project Manager and later became a Senior Project Manager. In 2021, they joined Do the WeRQ as the Collaboration Director, where they provided support and resources to foster connections for queer creativity in advertising.
