Marty On the Hill

Marty On The Hill serves as the VP Fire Sprinkler Division Manager at VSC Fire & Security, Inc. since 2019, also holding the position of Northwest Arkansas Sprinkler Operations Manager. Marty possesses NICET Certification 117582 and is qualified in Water-Based Systems Layout at Level II. Prior to VSC, Marty worked at Arkansas Automatic Sprinklers from March 2010 to September 2020, where positions included Northwest Arkansas Operations Manager and Branch Service Manager. Previous experience also includes a Service Manager role at Freedom Fire Pro from 2007 to 2010 and Inspection Supervisor at SimplexGrinnell from 2001 to 2007, focusing on inspection, service, and special hazard system installation.
