Alicia Levey

Alicia Levey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alicia is currently working as a Senior People Operations Generalist at VSCO®, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Evernow as a Human Resources Generalist from October 2021 to October 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Alicia worked at Honor, where they held multiple roles. Alicia served as a Special Project Manager from June 2019 to February 2021, an Arizona Lead from March 2019 to June 2019, an Operations Manager from August 2018 to March 2019, a Partner Client Manager from August 2017 to August 2018, and a Program Manager from February 2017 to August 2017.

Before joining Honor, Alicia worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate from September 2015 to February 2017. Their representative project work included developing an IT cost reduction strategy for a regional health insurer and designing a go-to-market strategy for new software products.

In 2014, Alicia had an internship at Kaiser Permanente as an IT Infrastructure Strategy Intern. During this time, they worked on developing a 5-year electronic data storage and compute portfolio strategy and presented product and service improvement recommendations to senior leadership.

Alicia's earlier experiences include working at Wize Commerce as an Account Manager from January 2013 to July 2013. Alicia also held various roles at Wize Commerce, including Marketing Analyst - Product Manager for Email Marketing Campaign from January 2012 to December 2012, Sr. Account Support Specialist and Team Lead from June 2011 to December 2011, Account Executive from May 2009 to May 2011, and Customer Service Representative from September 2007 to May 2009.

Lastly, Alicia started their career as an Assistant Language Teacher in the JET Programme from July 2006 to July 2007.

Alicia Levey attended Stanford University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a focus on Japanese. Alicia then went on to pursue an MBA at The Wharton School from 2013 to 2015, graduating as an MBA candidate in 2015.
