Quijano Flores

Quijano Flores has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Starting in 2012, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at NextDrop Smart Water Systems, where they introduced location-based services to improve data quality and onboarded over 50k users through missed calls as an acquisition channel. In 2015, Flores joined BrainGain as the Head of Product, leading product marketing, design, and engineering efforts. They then transitioned to roles as a Software Engineer at TalentShare in 2017 and a Full Stack Engineer at Daily Muse Inc. from 2018 to 2020. Flores also worked as a Data Engineer at The Muse from 2020 to July 2020. Currently, they are employed at VSCO as a Software Engineer, Data, and were recently promoted to Senior Software Engineer in October 2022.

Quijano Flores attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
