Farhayal Zubair

Farhayal Zubair is currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at VSE Corporation since April 2023. Previously, Zubair was an Associate at Goodwin from October 2018 to March 2023, where advisory work focused on private equity firms in various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyouts, while also managing corporate governance for portfolio companies. Zubair's career began as a Summer Associate at Alston & Bird LLP in mid-2016. Academically, Zubair holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
