Kenneth Ackerman, MBA, SPHR has over 28 years of progressive HR experience. Kenneth has held key HR leadership positions at reputable organizations such as VSE Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, and RK&K. Kenneth's expertise includes organizational design, talent management, leadership development, employee relations, and compliance with federal best practices. Kenneth has successfully led HR functions across multiple states and locations, supporting thousands of employees. Kenneth's strategic approach to HR has consistently contributed to enhancing company culture and achieving organizational goals.

Kenneth Ackerman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, obtained between 1989-1994. Kenneth later pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Maryland. Kenneth has also obtained several certifications including SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) in 2009 and SHRM-SCP in 2015.
