Michael Perlman

Michael Perlman has a strong background in investor relations and communications, with experience at various companies over the years. Michael is currently the Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications at VSE Corporation since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President of Investor Relations at Jushi Holdings Inc. from January 2020 to January 2023. Before that, they held the position of Treasurer and Senior Director of Investor Relations at KLX Energy Services from September 2018 to January 2020. Michael also worked at KLX Inc., where they were the Director of Investor Relations from December 2014 to September 2018 and served as the Assistant Treasurer from December 2014 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager of Finance and Corporate Development at B/E Aerospace from July 2011 to December 2014. Prior to that, they held several roles at Office Depot, including Senior Finance Manager, Senior Manager of Investor Relations, Manager of Market Research, and Senior Marketing Research Analyst, from 2002 to 2011.

Michael Perlman completed their education from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Business in the year 2002. Prior to this, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Florida from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics.
