Its personal finance offerings encompass various types of accounts; savings and investment accounts; consumer and mortgage loans; payment cards; cash services; insurance; private banking and other services. Its corporate finance products include business account, current account, current account in Euro, fund account and association account. As of December 31, 2011, VUB Banka had a network of 250 points of sale located throughout Slovakia and one branch in the Czech Republic. It was a parent entity of VUB Group, consisting of several subsidiaries, such as VUB Asset Management sprav.spol. as, VUB Factoring as, Consumer Finance Holding as, VUB Leasing as, Recovery as, VUB Generali DSS as. and Slovak Banking Credit Bureau sro. The Bank's parent company was Intesa Sanpaolo SpA.
