Janice Marino

Janice Marino is a seasoned professional in the employee benefits industry, currently serving as Market Director of New Business Sales at VSP Vision Care since April 2022. In addition, Janice is a Board Member of the Orange County Employee Benefits Council since November 2020. Previously, Janice held the position of Senior Employee Benefits Representative at Sun Life Financial from July 2001 to April 2022, following a role as Senior Sales Executive at Assurant Employee Benefits from June 2001 until its merger with Sun Life Financial in March 2016. Janice began a career in sales as a Sales Representative at Safeguard Dental from January 1996 to June 2001. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration/Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Southern California.
