Justin Poon

Justin Poon has a diverse work experience in the esports industry. Justin started their career in 2016 as an Ambassador for Garena where they managed and hosted onground events for the League of Legends Selangor Community. In 2021, they joined Matchroom.net as a Lead Operation, responsible for running a digital platform for online gamers. In this role, they organized casual tournaments and provided arcade mini games with cash prizes. Later in 2021, they joined ESPL Esports Players League as a Tournament Ops Specialist. Justin'sresponsibilities included hosting and managing various tiered tournaments, collaborating with esports organizations, and working closely with the Indian community. Currently, Justin is the League Operation Executive at VSPO, where they are involved in the operations of the organization's esports leagues.

From 2018 to 2020, Justin Poon attended SEGi College Subang Jaya, where they pursued a Diploma of Education in the field of Information Technology.
