Pham Tuan Viet has a strong background in customer care and call center management. Pham started their career at Teleperformance Vietnam in 2007, working as an Assistant Call Center Manager. In 2010, they transitioned to VSTV (K+), a foreign joint-venture in the Pay-TV industry in Vietnam. At VSTV, they held the role of Senior Customer Care Manager until May 2015, when they were promoted to Head of Customer Care.
Pham Tuan Viet completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Foreign Languages from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, from 2002 to 2006.
