Cheryl, Chuey Wei Lee

Cheryl, Chuey Wei Lee has a long and varied work experience. Cheryl, Chuey Wei started their career in 1999 at PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia as an Assistant Manager in the Assurance, Financial Services department. In 2004, they moved to Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Bhd as a Manager in the Finance and Operations Audit department. Cheryl, Chuey Wei then moved to Etiqa Insurance Berhad in 2005 as the Vice President, Head of Accounting. In 2010, they moved to Prudential Services Asia as the Head of Finance and Head of Regional Financial and Management Reporting. In 2014, they moved to Zurich Insurance & Takaful and held the positions of Head of Technical Audit, Chief Internal Auditor and Vice President, Financial Accounting and Reporting Controller. Most recently in 2020, they became a Co-Founder and Finance Business Partner at VSure.life.

Cheryl, Chuey Wei Lee's education history includes attending S.R.K Raja Perempuan Ipoh for primary school, S.M. Convent Ipoh for secondary school from 1991 to 1996, Curtin University for a B. Commerce in Accounting & Finance from 1997 to 1997, Metropolitan College for an Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Finance, Taylor's College for Australian pre-university, CPA Australia Program for Certified Practising Accountant in Accounting and Finance, and Wawasan Open University (WOU) for Psychology from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, they have a Basic LOMA certification from LOMA.
