Emma Johansson

Emma Johansson is an experienced HR professional with expertise in various aspects of human resources, organizational development, and leadership. Currently serving as HR-chef at VTD since May 2021, Emma oversees personnel, budget, workplace environment, and strategic initiatives, and is involved in leadership development and change management. Previously held roles include HR- & Employer Branding Partner and HR-koordinator at VTD, as well as Konsultchef at Unik Resurs i Sverige AB, where strategic recruitment and candidate management were key responsibilities. Emma's career began with positions in customer service and leadership roles in the service sector, alongside an educational foundation in working science and hairdressing. Emma has contributed to creating and implementing HR processes, promoting employer branding, and enhancing workplace culture throughout various organizations.
