Kevin Yee is the VP of Solutions Engineering at VTEX. Kevin was previously with Mirakl from April 2018 to March 2020, where they were responsible for Mirakl Solution Engineering in the Americas, including pre-sales discovery, demonstrations, architecting solutions, and business process engineering using the Mirakl platform. In addition, they managed client & partner relations and developed new business in the Americas.

At VTEX, Kevin provides leadership and direction in the implementation of Solution Engineering best practices. Kevin also provides overall vision, leadership and management to the assigned pre-sales organization. Kevin builds key relationships with sales leaders and managers in order to ensure pre-sales engagement model and other support best practices are embraced. Additionally, Kevin defines and oversees the execution of programs designed to increase win rate. Kevin also provides thought leadership in matters concerning the creation and deployment of virtual teams to effectively engage with customers and prospects and execute the processes of customer engagement lifecycle. Lastly, Kevin leverages and monitors key reports and other KPIs specific to the pre-sales organization and drives their management team to make decisions and changes based on available analytical analysis.

Kevin Yee's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Madonna University and certification from the EICOM Institute as a CMX Candidate – Level 1.
