Raquel Tótora

Raquel Tótora is a seasoned professional in product management and user experience with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Solution Architect at VTEX since September 2020, Raquel previously held key roles such as Senior Product Manager at Farfetch and Product Manager at C&A Brasil. Raquel co-founded Prisma Onze, acting as UX Director and overseeing a multidisciplinary team, during which two digital products, HugYou and TripHunter, were successfully launched. Earlier career highlights include strategic product analysis at BuscaPé and usability analysis at Try Consultoria e Pesquisas. Raquel holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication with a focus on Advertising and Propaganda from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco.
