Carola Koss

Carola Koss currently serves as the Manager of People, Organisation and Culture at VTG AG since December 2022. Prior to this role, Carola worked at Fahrenheit GmbH as a Senior Project Manager and Consultant for Organizational Development from January 2018 to September 2022. Experience in project management was gained at Zone from May 2016 to December 2017. Earlier positions include Graphic Designer at WPWA Team GmbH and Junior Art Director at schmid:heilig Werbeagentur. Carola also contributed as a lecturer at iVWA and worked as a student assistant in the graphic department at Shopperella. Carola holds a Master of Arts in Organization Development from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, obtained in November 2021, and a degree from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln completed between 2008 and 2011.
