Niklas Brochhagen

Niklas Brochhagen is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and purchasing. Currently, Niklas serves as the Head of New Builds Procurement at VTG since March 2020, focusing on freight rolling stock. Prior to this role, Niklas was the Purchasing Manager for Finished Goods at Olympus Surgical Technologies Europe from December 2017 to February 2020. Niklas began career development at Waldemar Link GmbH & Co. KG, where roles included Technical Purchaser and Key User for ERP implementation, following an apprenticeship. Niklas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, completed in 2019, and an Industriekaufmann degree from Staatliche Handelsschule mit Wirtschaftsgymnasium Schlankreye in Hamburg, obtained in 2015.
