VTG AG is a Germany-based company that operates as a wagon hire and rail logistics company. The Company operates through three divisions: Railcar, Rail Logistics, and Tank Container Logistics. The Railcar division hires a range of rail freight cars for its customers, provides management, technical support services to wagon fleets and produces tank wagons. The Rail Logistics division offers rail-related logistics solutions including the transportation of mineral oil and chemical products as well as general cargo, among others.
